How do I change facings quickly ?
Facings can be changed quickly using the keyboard and the mouse. Place the cursor over the product you want to change and use the +, - or numeric keys
1 through 9 to assign the correct number of facings. With the keys 0 (zero) and Del you can quickly delete all facings.
What is the maximum number of Undo actions ?
You can use the Undo an unlimited number of times. The only restriction is the PC's memory but any modern PC would support several (hunderd)thousand Undo's.

Which file format does Retail Shelf Planner support for Live Images ?
Retail Shelf Planner uses jpeg-images. (Extension jpg.) This is the most commonly used file format for images as it is very efficient for storage.
This does mean that it's important to remember that jpg-images in memory expand to 20 to 30 times the size on disk. For good quality output images of 10 KB
file size are usually already sufficient. Using (too) large images means that Retail Shelf Planner (and when creating output the printer) has to process a lot of
extra information, which can cause delays.
What is the most important difference between the Express and Enterprise versions ?
Both versions offer the same capabilities for building, maintaining and printing planograms and reports. The most important difference is that the Enterprise
version comes with a statistical model that simulates the supply chain logistics and consumer demand. This enables the user though powerful analysis-features
to predict the consequences of decisions on the financial performance, out-of-stocks, service levels, etc.
